บริการส่งอีเมลแบบกลุ่ม
สำนักบริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ โทรศัพท์ 0-5394-3827 อีเมล onestop@cmu.ac.thส่วนงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัย สามารถส่งอีเมลไปยังผู้ใช้งานภายในมหาวิทยาลัยแบบกลุ่มได้ เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ และแจ้งข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์ โดยส่งอีเมลไปยังที่อยู่อีเมลของกลุ่มนั้นๆ ผู้ส่งจะต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากส่วนงานให้เป็นผู้ส่งอีเมลไปยังกลุ่มนั้นๆ ได้
กลุ่มอีเมลแบ่งเป็นประเภทต่างๆ ดังนี้
- บุคลากรแต่ละส่วนงาน
- นักศึกษาแต่ละคณะ (ป.ตรี)
- นักศึกษาแต่ละคณะ (บัณฑิต ป.โท ป.เอก)
- นักศึกษาเก่า แต่ละคณะ
- อื่นๆ (ทำหนังสือมาขอที่ ITSC)
ขั้นตอนการใช้บริการ
- ส่วนงานทำบันทึกข้อความมาถึงผู้อำนวยการสำนักบริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เพื่อขอใช้บริการส่งอีเมลแบบกลุ่ม โดยระบุที่อยู่อีเมลของผู้ส่ง (ผู้รับผิดชอบ) และกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ต้องการ
- สำนักบริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศจะทำการตรวจสอบและแจ้งกลับทางที่อยู่อีเมล (ผู้รับผิดชอบ)
- ผู้ส่งที่ได้รับอนุมัติแล้วจะสามารถส่งอีเมลไปยังที่อยู่อีเมลกลุ่มได้
เงื่อนไขการให้บริการ
- เนื้อหาของอีเมลที่ส่งไปยังกลุ่ม เป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ส่ง ไม่ใช่สำนักบริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
- สำนักบริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยกเลิกผู้ส่ง กรณีได้รับการร้องเรียนว่าส่งอีเมลรบกวนผู้ใช้โดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า
